The main problem was a busted pipe in the front of the house, which I found, not the technician. He said he was sure that the toilets were the problem. $680 later, I still had to pay someone else to fix the busted pipe, which you all would have overcharged for as well. This is the reason people are losing faith in companies. We had someone fix the issue in 45 minutes. I’m still clueless as to why we paid you all $600+ for what I later researched should have been half the cost, for both toilets. Sorry, this is just an honest review. I will not be recommending your business to anyone I know.
