I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had an awful experience with them. The guy came out and I have an older trailer and the water heater is in the front so he had to take the aluminum off to get to it. He tore the panel down and all he did was take some pics with his tablet and gave me an estimate. He wouldn’t even tell me what was wrong with it and charged me $105. He said if he checked to see what the problem is i would have to pay $250, just to tell me the problem!!! Then he would not even put the panel back up that he tore down. I said can you at least help me put it back and he said we are not really supposed to do that. I thought if you take a panel off you should at least put it back on. I live by the woods and I said an animal can get in there if it’s not put back and he kept saying we can’t do that. I was taught you leave something the way you found it. I guess he wasn’t taught that or they require you to leave it the way you found it!! Now I’m out $105 and still don’t know what is wrong with my jot water heater. All he kept saying was you probably will need a new one!! Money is all they care about!! The man I’m talking about is Anthony Rodriguez. Never again!!!
