Called to get a quote for service. We were never told there would be a service fee to come out and give a quote. The quote was the highest (over double) between 3 other FREE quotes so we went with a different, licensed contractor. Seven months later there was an emailed invoice for a service fee. I get it, their time is valuable, but 95% of quotes given for service are free, BUT if not, they need to disclose this PRIOR to even coming out – not the day of, via the fine print on their paperwork, AFTER they’ve come out and given the quote.
On top of this, don’t give them your email because they will blow it up with promotions and offers.
After sharing our experience with others, come to find out they don’t have the best reputation as their website likes to perceive.
