Work order 87706364 to let you know it is real. After two visits with the wrong parts ordered, they stopped showing up(Brandon/Braden). The office was contacted numerous times afterwards, the response was that they would look into it but never a call to schedule once the parts arrived, which doubtfully were ever ordered. Granted it was a warranty repair with Lowes and perhaps the reimbursement wasn’t as high as a regular paying customer ? I finally had to call Lowe’s and get someone else. I wasted 3 months waiting.
