I had a less than competent duct cleaner try to install a UV light. He shorted the system out. I called Coastal after hours. A real human answered the phone. They’re tech Nicolas arrived before lunch the next morning and discovered what needed to happen and has an electrician coming (from the same company) to finish the repair. Great service!!!
