If there was an option to rate this company as six stars, I still believe that such a rating would be a gross understatement. About a week or two ago, I had a major malfunction with my home’s water heater. Within a second or two, it was abundantly clear that professional help would be required – and fast.
Needless to say, as I was sitting on the floor of the water heater closet helplessly attempting to “hold back the tide” of water pouring forth, I reached out to Coastal Home Services with the phone sitting on speaker.
Within one hour of the incident, the technician, Tony was on scene. He was polite, professional, and pragmatic.
Within two hours of the incident, Tony had not only assessed and diagnosed the problem, but was close to replacing the home’s original 1980s era water heater that had catastrophically malfunctioned. Better yet, it was at a price that I could live with.
To underpin all this, I cannot recommend this company enough. The technician was on scene quickly, the solution was proper, and the price point was perfect.
