Pros: it wasn’t an emergency (yet) but they were able to come the next day which no one else could or at least I couldn’t find anyone else right away. Gave me some peace of mind.
Pros: technician was great polite and thorough
Con: I thought the price I was charged for about half hour of his time minus his drive
Was way too high.
Had another job I wasn’t financially ready to do which could afford through them and found another company who could perform for much less already.Hope it works out.
Summary: they were there for me but maybe a little pricey.
