As requested, a new fan motor was installed by Shannon as soon as it came in. He ran tests, checked everything out and had my AC running great in record time! He also gave me tips on keeping the hot sun out ( I have old windows) and additional services that could help my old HVAC running more efficiently. Coastal Homes is lucky to have such an experienced, kind and helpful technician as Shannon.
