When I had an initial install in July 2022, I was amazed at the quality and efficiency at which the installers did their job. Completely replacing two complete HVAC units in two attics and two outside condensing units. Fast forward exactly one year and I noticed some air leaking from an attic air handler. And the second unit had some condensation. Not only did Coastal Home Services quickly handle the matter under warranty, but completed some extra work I authorized while they were on site.I can’t say enough about the installers at Coastal Home Services. They are all very polite, courteous, and they get the job done as quickly as possible. 5 stars seems low.

Tim did a great job on the service he did at our vacation home last week on our mini split unit. He’s coming back to finish the job to ensure we get the best out of our unit. He took the time to explain things and give insight to the existing problem. Def will continue to use Coastal Home Service for any HVAC needs in the future.

We arrived to our condo Thursday night and it was about 77 degrees inside. We turned on the AC only to come back from grocery shopping to the house now at 80 degrees. We called Coastal and got a call back in 10min. They had us booked the same day for service in the afternoon. I got a call from Brian who was super friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable. It turned out to be an issue with the new smart thermostat that he fixed right away. The service was totally worth the value we paid and I’m happy to write a very positive review for Coastal and for Brian!! Keep up the good work!

"I called the company I have used for years (who advertised 24 hour service) when my air conditioning went out on a hot July Saturday. After 24 hours, I hadn't received any response at all. I called Coastal Home Services, and they were polite and professional. Tyler was at my house within an hour of my call, and within 20 minutes had made all necessary repairs and thoroughly checked out the system. He was positive, polite, professional and knowledgeable, and did a great job. I highly recommend Coastal Home Services!"

"At Atlantic Beach for a week, a/c stopped working. Landlord called Coastal. Anthony came and checked out the system and made sure we had a/c. He had the opportunity to take advantage of the owner since we were just temporary, but we know enough about hvac to know he didn't! Very professional, knowledgeable, and personable.
