Not sure if there was miscommunication, but I informed the tech of what was going on and was under the impression that the service fee was to diagnose the water heater. When he arrived, never took the time to inspect, just quote me on a new one. Inspecting would be $400 plus another $400 if he needed to call someone. $109 for absolutely nothing
