Shannon was great to work with and efficient. He quickly found that there were 2 problems with our system – the air filter was dirty and earlier on Sunday someone had turned the heat on. It was reset to AC several hours later, but the heat being on caused the drain pan to fill with water. The thermostat was shut down because of this issue. The second problem was outside and a capacitor needed to be replaced. Shannon grabbed the needed capacitor shortly before the supply house closed. He installed the new capacitor and a clean filter. after the clearing the drain pan. We have a house full of happy ladies who can now enjoy the beach with the ac working great thanks to Shannon!
