We needed assistance with our AC and called Coastal Home Services. Our technician, Shannon arrived with a smile on his face and was so pleasant. He diagnosed our issue and had us back up and running within 15 minutes. He also answered all of our questions and never made us feel like he was in a rush even though we were his last appointment for the day. He is excellent representation of this company and i would use them again and again!
