Good Morning! We had an unexpected issue with our electric in our home, never having to call someone about this was a little bit daunting since unfortunately we have experienced other companies that were less than honest with us. This was NOT the case with Coastal. The technician was so incredibly kind and thorough. We had it fixed in no time at exactly the rate they said it would be. There is further work that needs to be done and he took the time to explain why and what all of our options were. We will be contacting this company shortly to schedule the work for completion and we wouldn’t even consider calling any other company. Thank you for renewing our faith in companies having integrity, which this company clearly has in spades! ( Also the woman who takes the calls was very kind and helpful)
