"I called the company I have used for years (who advertised 24 hour service) when my air conditioning went out on a hot July Saturday. After 24 hours, I hadn't received any response at all. I called Coastal Home Services, and they were polite and professional. Tyler was at my house within an hour of my call, and within 20 minutes had made all necessary repairs and thoroughly checked out the system. He was positive, polite, professional and knowledgeable, and did a great job. I highly recommend Coastal Home Services!"

"At Atlantic Beach for a week, a/c stopped working. Landlord called Coastal. Anthony came and checked out the system and made sure we had a/c. He had the opportunity to take advantage of the owner since we were just temporary, but we know enough about hvac to know he didn't! Very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Couldn't be happier as the temporary tenant with what we experienced and also appreciated our landlord as well for being so responsive when we called about the a/c."

"These guys are top notch I actually had them come out to look at a unit that another company told me I would have to replace the entire outside unit when these guys showed up they found that it was only something minor and had it fixed within 15 minutes I couldn’t thank them enough for their honesty and because of that I would highly recommend their services."
We had our A/C unit on top floor go out on Wednesday. We called but they couldn't get here until Friday (due to heat wave and being busy-understandable). Chad Carter- came and he was great. He diagnosed one problem and fixed it, but it still wasn't cooling. He had his supervisor come and they emptied our freon out to properly measure how much was actually inside our unit since it had been 'added to' on their last trip. They found it had a huge deficit that was probably put in wrong at the time of installation (not done by their company). They filled it to the proper levels and our system has never worked better. It was still warm when they left, but Jeff and Chad assured us that it would be cooling over next several hours. We woke up this morning and it felt amazing! Thank you for not giving up on us, not leaving us (they worked until 8:30 on Friday night-after arriving about 3:30) and assured us they would fix us and not leave us until they had it solved. Their dedication to their craft and diligence was top shelf. We appreciate everything they did and how nice, respectful and kind they were while working in over 90 degree heat!
